Paul Bartlett lives in Baltimore and farms in West Virginia. Over the years, he has published a memoir of culinary life with famed restauranteur Morris Martick, Bouillabaise on Mulberry Street; 6 chapbooks, and 2 full length collections of poems. He served as administrator of the Maryland Writer's Council, the Red Door Hall poetry & performance venue, and publisher of the monthly literary news letter Hard Crabs. A resident of Baltimore with a long history of involvement with the Chesapeake Bay, it's cuisine, it's poets and auteurs of every stripe, formal study included public administration, human nutrition and food safety. Culinary life led to a professional career as chef, owner & consultant to food service operations. Long journeys through the hills of West Virginia led to orchard planting, cider & brandy production.
